The Agency offers travel-related services including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, holiday packages, travel insurance, and tour arrangements[reference:4]. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective supplier.
  • Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking[reference:5].
  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as indicated on our website.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. Travel Documents

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for your destination. The Agency provides visa assistance as a service but does not guarantee visa approval. We recommend checking with the relevant embassy or consulate well in advance of your travel dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: CFD Travels acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers[reference:6]. We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or overbookings.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to baggage.
  • Personal injury, illness, or death during travel.
  • Changes in travel advisories or government restrictions.
  • Any other events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service booked through us. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events[reference:7].

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CFD Travels, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
